A place to publicly (and playfully) shame the unnecessary double spaces found in public literature and online content! Ever since I can remember, syntax errors like double spaces placed stood out like a sore thumb to me. These kind of errors shouldn't take place in any content thats meant to be read by many people, let alone on printed media such as a physical copy of a book. If you do too, you can probably guess I write code for a living, and reading over anything (text or code) containing syntax errors or typos is so distracting to me I decided to dedicate a website to all the mistakes I've found. And as a bonus, developing this site gives me something fun to do in my spare time, so don't take it too seriously ;)
If you're curious, in the programming world a linter would usually automatically take care of these kinds of mistakes. Developers are so afraid to make visual eyesores, there's practically an endless supply of this kind of software to sanitise their code.
