KVK: Solve your business debts: these are the options

An amicable settlement is a voluntary arrangement that is agreed outside the court. You can then continue with your business. Yin this process, you make agreements with your creditor(s) yourself or through a debt counsellor. You pay back as much debt as possible within 18 months. If any debt remains after 18 months, it can be waived by the creditors.
