Philips News: STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE INVOICE OF THE COMPANY

3.The Buyer agrees and acknowledges that, except as otherwise provided in this Invoice, all other terms and conditions of any Quotation issued by Philips shall be final and binding on both Philips and Buyer. The terms and conditions on the Quotation and the invoice issued by Philips shall supersede any other agreements or understandings between Philips and the Buyer relating to supply of the goods in this order.
