Als na 2 jaar de uitslagen nog steeds goed zijn, wordt de tijd tussen de controles steeds langer. Als alles goed blijft gaan, blijft u in totaal 5 jaar onder controle. Daarna zijn uw behandeling en nazorg afgerond. Soms is er om speciale redenen ook na 5 jaar nog controle.
